Exchange and Returns

DOMESTIC ORDER

Products can be exchanged within the 7 working days.Please note that the product will be only exchanged which are unused, with tag and invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged due to the minor marking differences/slight damage, differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product (s) if it is defected or wrong product (s) has been delivered. Custom made orders & Items on sale cannot be exchanged. We will only exchange if the product has any manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service team and file complain about the product, once we review the product we will confirm you about exchange and refund. Order must be returned with their original packaging. Please allow up to 15 days for exchange to be processed from the day return being received. However, if the item is defected or incorrect then the article will be picked up from the customer's doorstep.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an wrong or damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help.

REFUND

Although we have no existing refund policy. However, in case of unavailability of stock refund would be provided. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed. All shipping and handling costs and other transactional charges are non-refundable. In case of quality issue identified while dispatching the order, we will remove the concerned items from your original order. Refund will only be processed for items excluded from the order, not the entire value of the order. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.

SALE ITEMS

There is a possibility that items on sale are reduced due to any of the following reasons: end of season items,minor marking,slight damage or color differences. Any discrepancies with a sale item will not be classified as a fault.
